Clay Classes Finished for Term 2

Here are some snaps of my student's work from this term's classes. This workshop was jam packed with slab building in white porcelain paper clay. We used tissues transfer, stamping and wax resist decoration.

The trinket boxes look lovely, some of them even had lids that fitted.

These are Tanya's stamped mugs. All of the mugs looked fantastic glazed. Some left white, like Tanya's, others coloured, inside or out.

I think everyone had lots of fun decorating their vases with the tissue transfer. Next term we will use the tissue again to decorate one of our slip cast bowls.
I will be taking enrolments some time next week for term 3 classes. If you would like information about these classes, please email me at msharpha@bigpond.net.au
